A refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product does not function properly or has a defect, notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. You are entitled to:

- A partial or full refund.
Submit your claim to info@owltales.eu with a brief description of the issue and attached photos.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at info@owltales.eu and attach photos. We will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue quickly.
UNCLAIMED AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
These terms apply specifically to orders with cash-on-delivery payments as well as digitally paid orders. If the product is not collected, we reserve the right to charge for shipping costs and the return of the unclaimed product.
If you place an order and do not pick up or unjustifiably refuse the package, it causes additional costs. Failure to collect a package does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of shipping and return regardless of the payment method. If the invoice is not settled, the claim will be enforced through legal proceedings.
RETURN LIMITATIONS
Returns are not possible for:
- Personalized products,
- Products that show visible signs of use, damage, or modifications.
If returned products show signs of damage or use, we will refer to our general terms and conditions, ensuring fair treatment for both parties.
