Use of the Website

The User must use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended purpose. The User must refrain from actions that infringe upon the rights of the Provider, other users, or third parties or cause them any harm or damage.

The Provider may temporarily restrict a violating User’s access to and use of the Website. In the case of repeated violations, the Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to permanently prevent the User from accessing and using the Website. In such cases, any and all rights of the User cease, and the User is not entitled to any compensation or damages.

Parents and guardians are advised to supervise children during play and ensure that toys are used safely and as intended. Special care should be taken with toys containing small parts, as they may pose a choking hazard to younger children.

Contract Conclusion

A contract between the Provider and the User is concluded when the User receives an email from the Provider confirming the purchase.

The User places an order on the Website by adding the desired item to the shopping cart (accessible at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of any (sub)page of the Website). The User confirms payment for the selected items in their shopping cart by clicking and filling out the payment details. By submitting the order, the User also agrees to the general terms published on these pages.

To ensure the User can recognize and correct errors before submitting the order, the User may return to the previous step during the purchase process and correct any incorrect information. The Provider is not responsible for any incorrectly provided information.

The Provider will prepare and ship the ordered items within the agreed timeframe and notify the User by email. The dispatched items will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Payment Methods

Payments for items purchased on the Website can be made in three ways:
